Hidden Talent (EPs): Jackson - "Complications"

An impressive new find on Bandcamp is the one-man acoustic jazz rock project "Jackson".  His profile stating that he's "going to school in Boston, just tryna dine", there's already clear signs of potential here.

A sound merging somewhere between early Steely Dan and Rickie Lee Jones with a combination of the ingenuity and song structures of Beck, with lyrics sounding like they've come straight out of the 70's, this is a slick debut that is just as fun as it is smooth and relaxing.

Hidden Talent (Cover Songs): Jean-Baptiste Berger - Creep (Radiohead Cover)

I stumbled upon this video while looking up jazz covers of Radiohead songs.  What once was an angsty stand-out track on Radiohead's 1993 record "Pablo Honey" is transformed into a smooth yet still punchy jam of layered sax.

Also, while you're at it, check out his amazing cover of Radiohead's "Nude".  The song turns into almost a sort of tango.
