An impressive new find on Bandcamp is the one-man acoustic jazz rock project "Jackson". His profile stating that he's "going to school in Boston, just tryna dine", there's already clear signs of potential here.
A sound merging somewhere between early Steely Dan and Rickie Lee Jones with a combination of the ingenuity and song structures of Beck, with lyrics sounding like they've come straight out of the 70's, this is a slick debut that is just as fun as it is smooth and relaxing.
